Kradan Island is named after the oblong shape of the island and considered the most beautiful of all the islands off Trang. Kradan Island covers 4 square kilometres. Its natural surroundings offer a great encounter with nature and the beauty of the Andaman Sea, from the fresh breeze to the clear waters and smooth white sand right outside of your bungalow.

On the eastern side is Yang Long Beach, while the western side is rich with coral reefs teeming with fish of different species and shades. Nature lovers will find the pristine beauty of the island to their liking and skin divers will find the coral reefs a wonderful place to explore the beauty of the underwater world.

Kradan Island is known for its beautiful coral reefs which can be found at a short distance from your front door. Kradan Island’s coral are an event that should not be missed on your trip. During the day time, tourists from neighbouring islands come to see the magnificient corals, which is usually found only in deep waters but available at a snorkelling range at Kradan Island.

Now what better activity can there be than just swimming in the warm Andaman Sea with its crystal clear waters and beautiful white sand. If swimming and snorkelling is not the thing for you, maybe a little adventure is. Kradan Island has Kayaks for rent for you to paddle around in the water or even around the whole island, if you wish to. It takes approximately 3 hours to Kayak around the island, where you may also have the chance to see or even go to secluded beaches on the back side of the island.

Now, if you don’t want to get wet at all, but still enjoy sea life, Kradan Island has many boats for rent to take you out for exciting Big Game Fishing, where you really have a good chance to catch a Barracuda, Wahoo, Sailfish, Billfish, Yellowfin or Doo-tooth Tuna. You really do not have to have much experience and a guide will be there to assist you and take you to the right spots.

From 01/11-15/05 electricity is provided 24 hours, from 16/05-31/10 the power supply is limited to the time from 18:00 to 06:00.
