Welcome to Island Hopping in the Andaman Sea of Thailand
Koh Bulon Leh Island
The group of Koh Bulone Islands lies 20 kilometres off the Southern Thailand mainland coast of Satun, one of Thailands most southern provinces, that borders Malaysia. Only 2 Koh Bulon Islands out of the group numbering 5 are inhabited. Koh Bulon Leh Islands feature some hundred metres of beautiful beaches on its eastern coast, resulting in the development of some small resorts on Koh Bulone Leh Islands.
Koh Bulon Lae Islands are part of Koh Petra Islands National Park, that was established in 1984 and covers 495 square kilometres of the Andaman Sea Thailand including some fairy-tale like rock formations, that are visible from Kho Bulon Lee Islands. The northern part of Koh Bulone Lae Islands has a sea gypsy settlement and some rocky bays, but no beaches. On Koh Bulone Leh Islands, there are no streets, however the size is that small, that nearly all places can be reached in about half hour by walking along the trails, that pass through the lush green vegetation of oh Bulon Lae Islands.
